Tom Freeman after being involved in a number of NGOs, began working in the hospitality industry in 2005. Tom has held a number of positions in the hospitality industry and most notably he was recently the Director of Sales for a custom casegood manufacturer. Relationship building is second nature to Tom - his dedication and enthusiasm adds to the success and enjoyment of every project.

Eric Henschel has an eye for detail and aptitude for project management developed through his experience working for a general contractor and as a project manager for a casegoods company. He has a degree in marketing from University of Guelph and is well adept at managing expectations and ensuring every project runs smoothly and on-time.
